Full Terms

1. Role of the Platform
Nisekoach (the Platform) connects Guests with ski Instructors and Guides, facilitating the discovery and booking of
services in Niseko. It provides marketing visibility, profile hosting, and communication tools. It does not provide ski
lessons, employ Instructors, act as a ski school, or control services.

2. Payment
Payments for lessons are arranged directly between the Guest and the Instructor or their affiliated ski school. A
commission of 10% of the total amount charged to the Guest applies to each booking originating from the Platform and
must be transferred to Nisekoach upon receipt.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are the sole responsibility of the Instructor or their affiliated ski school. Nisekoach does
not set, enforce, or intervene in any cancellation or refund conditions — these are determined exclusively by the ski
school and communicated directly to the Guest.

4. Instructor Responsibilities
Instructors must be affiliated with a ski school holding an active partnership with Niseko United and must comply with all
resort rules and applicable laws. Instructors deliver lessons personally and remain responsible for taxes and
compliance.

5. Qualifications and Experience
Instructors must hold a valid ski or snowboard teaching qualification recognized in Japan and have extensive
experience teaching in Niseko.

6. Vehicle
Every Instructor listed on Nisekoach must own and operate a personal insured vehicle. Door-to-door transport is a core
part of the offering.

7. Non-Circumvention
Instructors may not bypass the Platform to avoid commission or redirect Platform Guests outside the Platform.
Instructors must report accurately the lesson duration and total amount charged. Any attempt to under-report lesson
time or fees constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in profile suspension or removal.

8. Reviews and Feedback
Guests may submit a review following completion of a lesson. Reviews may be published on Instructor profiles.

9. Liability Disclaimer
The Platform is not liable for injury, accident, or damages arising from Instructor services.

10. Business Location and Taxation
Nisekoach is operated from Japan.

11. Changes to Terms
Nisekoach reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
